For Meet Managers & Admins. Each guide explains the access needed for its task.
Making Someone a Team Admin
Super Admins manage Team Admin access from Clubs, then the club's Team Admins screen. A regular Team Admin can't promote someone through this screen.
Promoting or demoting
Select the action beside an active member to make them a Team Admin or return them to a regular member. This changes the membership's authority, not their login or officiating history.
Team Admins manage their club's roster, meets, jobs and points, and can use the shared pool catalogue. Site Owners maintain the pool definitions and staffing templates. Membership authority is separate from a meet leadership title or delegated access to one meet.
Accountability and limits
Changes are recorded in Activity. This screen doesn't grant or modify Super Admin status. Site-owner-level changes are handled outside these app controls.

Reading the Activity Log
Activity records administrative actions such as meet setup/publication, locking, access grants, club settings and roster changes. It is an accountability trail, not a complete history of every user interaction.
Reading entries
Entries show the time, actor, action, target and available details. An automated action can have no named actor. Most recent entries come first, with pagination for older history. Some actions avoid unchanged saves, but not every logged action follows identical no-op rules.
The log isn't a complete feed of volunteer sign-ups or normal board placements. Some specific board actions, such as substitute changes, are recorded. Use the meet itself to check its current assignments and sign-ups.
Which clubs you see
Team Admins see their own club's entries. Super Admins can see entries across clubs and filter to one club. A club filter changes the view, not who may edit the underlying records.

What Super Admin Access Means
Super Admin is the platform-wide tier held by the site owner and designated administrators. Team Admin authority is scoped to a club.
Where the wider tier appears
Super Admins manage the federation's Clubs list, shared pool catalogue and Team Admin memberships, can inspect the cross-club activity log, and have wider roster access. A Super Admin can add, rename and delete any club's Jobs through the View club picker. Role points still restrict writes to the Super Admin's own club while allowing read-only inspection of others.
What it doesn't mean
It doesn't make every action unrestricted or let someone change Super Admin status from the club-management screens. Each screen still applies its own safeguards. View club inspection doesn't change home-club membership.
For everyday tasks, use the relevant help category rather than looking for a separate Super Admin version of each workflow.
